Baked Oyster Rockefeller

4 Oysters baked with Spinach and Mornay sauce, garnished with fresh lemon, parsley and fresh parmesan


 Fresh Burrata cheese, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic reduction, grape compote, concord grape granita and fresh mint. Served with our homemade Rosemary Focaccia bread


Short Rib, Wild Mushroom and Fior de Latte Cheese stuffed Risotto balls, breaded and fried. Served with a roasted wild mushroom pearl couscous, garnished with grana padano and chives

Grilled Watermelon Salad

Honey and cayenne spiced Grilled Watermelon topped with balsamic glaze and sea salt. Served with warm fried goat cheese over an arugula salad dressed with orange & honey vinaigrette


Shrimp Gnocchi

Baby Shrimp and Roasted Wild Mushrooms tossed in a fresh lemon cream sauce with potato gnocchi, garnished with fresh dill and parmesan

Parmesan Crusted Atlantic Cod

6 oz Parmesan & Panko Crusted Atlantic Cod, topped with a Blood Orange Beurre Blanc sauce, served with Roasted Fingerling potatoes and Grilled Vegetables

Steak & Prawns

7 oz California Striploin grilled and sliced, 3 White Tiger Prawns roasted in white wine and garlic butter. Served with maple bourbon roasted yams and broccolini, topped with a Bourbon Peppercorn Jus

Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

6 oz Pork Tenderloin baked in an Apple, Sage and Panko stuffed puff pastry, served with goat cheese mashed potato and grilled broccolini, topped with a Chaussure sauce.



Rum soaked ladyfingers layered with whipped marscapone and topped with cocoa powder, whipped cream and a scoop of Salted Caramel Ice Cream

Vanilla Crème Brûlée

Our classical Vanilla infused custard, caramelized with sugar, garnished with icing sugar and fresh mint

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Strawberries dipped in melted dark chocolate, served with whip cream and fresh mint
