8oz grilled beef tenderloin with goat cheese mashed potatoes, red pepper, cremini mushroom and zucchini, topped with red wine butter and bourbon peppercorn jus

7oz atlantic cod loin crusted with parmesan & panko breadcrumbs, roasted fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus with blood orange beurre blanc
