3 oz raw tuna marinated in a pickled ginger & soy sauce (tosa zakuri), served on chilled buckwheat noodles with green onions, edamame, cucumber, pickled ginger and red cabbage, 1/4 avocado and garnished with lemon, toasted sesame seeds, green onions and seaweed
